My Work

This is a culmination of my work as a Video Game Narrative Designer. First is The Tides That Bind, the game I worked on as a manager with a team of ten other UMass Amherst Students.  There are also some examples of various video game analyses I have done throughout the years. Lastly is an introduction to the virtual tour demo of the UMass Amherst Campus, created by Interactiva studios, for which I drafted the narrative.

Mafia 3

A Narrative Driven by Racism

Few games utilize racism in their narratives, and Mafia 3 has cemented itself as one of my favorite games because of its narrative direction.

Ghost of Tsushima

Analyzing the Navigation System

An open-world game without a mini-map, Ghost of  Tsushima includes one of the most robust and seamless navigation systems I've ever experienced.

I served as the team manager, and was also one of three writers, crafting the dialogue and narrative of the game. While the game proved too ambitious and was not finished, I am incredibly proud of what we did create and can sincerely consider this one of my most rewarding life experiences.

The Batman Arkham series

My Hero: The Batman

Ever since I was a child, Batman has always shown me what it means to be a hero. This project aims to explain exactly why he stands out to me, and how Rocksteady's Batman Arkham series brought the character and his world to life.

Introduction to a virtual tour demo of the UMass Amherst Campus

My work on this project was focused solely on the tours demo.
